Refund Policy
We hope you are satisfied with every Windrift Hill purchase you make! We strongly believe in our products and their quality. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you have concerns about anything you received, please email us at info@windrifthill.com, as we would like the opportunity to make it right. We will certainly address damages and shipping errors as they arise. We aim to provide you with an experience you will love. If at any time you are curious or unsure on a fragrance or product, please reach out to us prior to making a purchase as we do have samples available (fees may apply).
Purchases Made at Retail Stores
If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy.
Damaged Items
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the box to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 406-278-5872 or by emailing info@windrifthill.com. We need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. If emailing, please include a picture of the damaged product. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
Shipping Errors
If we made a mistake and you received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately at 406-278-5872 or email us at info@windrifthill.com.
Providing an accurate shipping address is the purchaser’s responsibility; we are not responsible for the accuracy of the address inserted in the ship to address. Please double-check shipping addresses at checkout or when the email confirmation for the order comes through. If there needs to be a change to an address, please call or email us immediately to remedy it before the package ships. If the package returns to us, we will contact you to reship the package to an accurate address. Reshipment fees may apply. We will not refund based on shipping address errors; we will reship to the correct address.
If the US Postal Service or other shipping agency fails to deliver your package, the first remediation is for the customer to contact the carrier and ask about your package with your tracking number. If the package is lost, we can open a claim and work towards recouping the package. Our policy is that if the package is truly lost, we will reship the package, and any refunds minus the shipping fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
